Nadyn Souaiby is Counsel at Albert and Ziad Najm Law Firm, where she advises local and international clients on complex commercial, regulatory and dispute-related matters.

With over two decades of legal experience, she combines in-depth legal analysis with a strong understanding of her clients’ commercial and strategic objectives. Her practice spans insurance and reinsurance, international arbitration and dispute resolution, business and commercial law, regulatory compliance, data protection and maritime law.

Nadyn regularly handles cross-border matters involving international counterparties, foreign counsel and experts, and coordinates multidisciplinary legal teams on complex mandates.
